Weapon light with high LED brightness and large beam radiation range
Most modern pistols have a section under the barrel called a rail. The rail can be found for small and large guns and, of course, can accommodate light or lasers. In addition, you can throw almost anything on the rail. Generally, however, you are limited to using pistol light.
Personally, I do carry a gun lights for pistols, although it's not my everyday carry gear. When I know I'm going on an overnight trip, a long day trip or I'm going to spend most of 24 hours outside, I bring a gun with a torch. I want a light because simply put: criminals don't work bankers' hours. They are a 24-hour threat to society.
I want to be able to actively identify targets 24 hours a day and at the same time, I want maximum gun control. Individual lights are an effective way to identify targets, but they require manpower to manage. A glock light allows me to control the weapon and define the target.
It is more practical to use your weapon with one hand with a track light. If your non-dominant hand is busy with other things, such as your children, you can use both the torch and the pistol. And you can't do this with a hand occupied by a gun and a light.
You have maximum control of your firearm with both hands. The rail-mounted light allows you to keep both hands on the weapon and control the gun and light. This makes the weapon easier to control and provides more accurate firepower. If you can avoid shooting with one hand, then you are at a distinct advantage.
Weapon lights will add some weight to the front of your gun, which has its good and bad points. The good thing is that the weight will act as a recoil counter. When you fire, the muzzle will stay a little lower.
As I mentioned above, pistol flashlight are a good option for creating proper identification on your weapon. But also as a result there is a potential threat, serious enough to make you draw your weapon. Time is of the essence, so it is much quicker to draw and aim your weapon than it is to draw your pocket carry light and gun and try to keep both on target.
This does not mean throwing away your EDC light, but rather replenishing it with your weapon light and vice versa.
Of course, having the ability to blind your opponent, even if it is in a quick and literal moment. This in itself allows for an attack to be launched. At the same time, it draws attention to itself, which is good. This means that people may investigate and possibly offer assistance.
A pistol light can be a very valuable tool for your concealed carry pistol, but to be fair, let's look at its drawbacks.
The most common guns will be paired with the most common lights. Personally, I find that a weapon light is a piece of equipment that I need from time to time. I feel safer and more empowered when I have it.
